Our public adjusters worked closely with a church in Milledgeville, Georgia, their roofing contractor and Haag Engineering to accurately identify all of the damage to the structures and document the damage in detail. Using industry standard software we developed an accurate estimate to repair the damage. While the client’s carrier initially estimated the job at $39,330 our estimate came in at $133,883. After a short negotiation process we agreed to settle the claim for $113,094 - a 287.55% increase for our client.
